 Educational Requirements

  • M.Sc / B.Sc in Nursing.

 Experience Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience as clinical nursing and nursing tutor. 2-3 years of administrative experience.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Help the Lead Nurse Trainer organizes and plans nursing care activates of a special department / hospital according to hospital policies and service needs.
  • Providing advice on improvement in nursing practice.
  • Promoting on the job training of Nurses in

  • Analyzing & evaluating effectiveness of nursing care as well as making suitable recommendations.
  • Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of existing physical environment.
  • Ensure that a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
