Educational Requirements
- M.Sc / B.Sc in Nursing.
Experience Requirements
- 8-10 years experience as clinical nursing and nursing tutor. 2-3 years of administrative experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Help the Lead Nurse Trainer organizes and plans nursing care activates of a special department / hospital according to hospital policies and service needs.
- Providing advice on improvement in nursing practice.

- Analyzing & evaluating effectiveness of nursing care as well as making suitable recommendations.
- Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of existing physical environment.
